Four capabilities, each one a method the laboratory built and validated rather than bought.

Endocrine — hormones measured, not inferred
Mass spectrometry separates each steroid chromatographically, then confirms it by a mass transition specific to that molecule. Immunoassay infers concentration from how strongly an antibody binds, and cross-reacts with structurally similar steroids. For testosterone in women, for DHT and for pregnenolone, that difference decides whether a result is usable at all.

Microsampling — capillary collection, validated, not assumed
The full endocrine panel runs on a venous tube or a Tasso capillary device; the Mitra device carries the toxicology menu and a 6-hormone subset. Most laboratories offering microsampling have not published the comparison. Clinicore ran it, and the study is on this site.

Clinicore runs FDA-cleared assays where a good one exists, and develops its own methods where the clinical question demands it. Every test page states which tier it belongs to, its method, its specimen, and its reportable range or assay cutoff.
Where a range does not cover the full clinical question, the page says so — on 5 of 149 tests today. Most laboratory menus publish neither.
