Once an account is set up, request supplies and they ship by FedEx.
Kits are built around what you order
Supply kits are assembled from the testing a practice actually orders rather than shipped as a standard box. A practice running the endocrine panel receives what that requires; one running toxicology receives something different.
That matters more than it sounds. The collection devices are not interchangeable — a Tasso capillary device, a Mitra microsample and a red-top tube serve different menus, and a kit containing the wrong one produces a rejected specimen rather than a delayed one.

Reordering
Contact the laboratory and supplies ship by FedEx. If what the practice orders has changed, say so — the kit composition is adjusted rather than assumed, and this is also the moment to revise a customised requisition that no longer matches the practice’s ordering pattern.
Return shipping
FedEx return envelopes are supplied for the testing the practice performs. Courier pickup is available for some local accounts.
